This motel sells out during July 4th weekend EVERY YEAR. Our Dealers have used this facility in the past without incident or complaint. The Manager was kind enough to offer us a discount rate for our dealers of $85.95 checking in on Thursday and out on Sunday, plus tax double or single, (this is a non-smoking facility). I have blocked 15 rooms.
**You MUST tell Elizabeth or desk person you are with the Arizona Antique Show to get this rate.
Amenities: Rooms come with small fridge, microwave, coffeepot, and iron. Continental Breakfasts available. This facility doss NOT have smoking rooms. Outside heated swimming pool. Pets are no longer accepted.
**NOTE: Deadline to RSVP at this rate is JUNE 03 and 'no-later'. Be aware if you do not book in by this deadline... rates will increase to $139-$189 nightly, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Prescott Lodgings:

Since this show is at Yavapai College, Dealers are invited to stay in the dorms for a 'very' nominal rate!

RESTROOM FACILITIES: Many of you have inquired! "YES", each room has it's own restroom and shower, for your privacy. No sharing!

LINENS: Bed linens and towels will be provided with each room. Please let me know if there is any additional needs regarding quantity as some of you have more than two in your party. I will see what can be done.

ROOM SERVICE: Guess what? At the quoted rate, we have to make our own beds. Oh Darn! We are on our own, regarding house cleaning.

NON - SMOKING: All rooms are 'NON' smoking rooms. We have been given a privilege that is a monetary benefit to all dealers renting these dorms. Please abide by the campus regulations.

DRY CAMPUS: The College has requested that I convey this message to all individuals renting or staying in dorm rooms.
THIS IS A DRY CAMPUS AND ANY ALCOHOL USED FOR CONSUMPTION IS PROHIBITED ON CAMPUS.

HOUSEKEEPING: Although we are not required to clean house, please leave your rooms in a clean and orderly fashion. It is not necessary to make beds or clean upon check out however, the more orderly you leave the rooms, the less maintenance they will require. Arizona Antique Shows will be charged for cleaning by the hour. We are providing these rooms as a convenience and savings to the dealers w/out profit to the show. The fewer fees we incur, will enable us to continue these accommodations for future shows.
