*GO GREEN and Invest in a sure thing! - Invest in Antiques!*

With the economy in a downward turn, antiques are getting a great deal of attention these days!  One of the reasons people are turning to antiques is because they are more of a solid return.  In other words, they are always worth something! Antiques increase in value the older they get and today’s investors feel better about having something *tangible,* something that they can see, touch and feel, unlike *stocks. *

*With Gold and Silver at an all-time high*, more and more people are turning to collecting. Some of the most sought out collections are estate jewelry, coins, flatware, and furniture. Unlike purchasing new furniture at retail prices, antique furniture can yield a profit after owning even only for a short while.

In addition, with the current election focus on* renewable energy and the idea of “going-green*”, consumers are cognitive the fact that they can assist the environment by “*recycling* “ antiques. What better way to help the environment, reduce waste and have great conversation pieces on exhibit in the home or business! It’s a win-
win and “enjoyable” situation to *invest in antiques*!

So where do you find these great investments?  At the *Arizona Antique Show and Sale* this November! It’s the kick off to their winter show schedule, returning after a six month long buying spree.

Arizona Antique Shows will be hosting the *Phoenix Antique Market *this November 15 & 16, 2008 and will be highlighting some of the most unique items of the year! The building will be packed with dealers from all of the country who have spent the summer scouring the country for unique antique items.

The Phoenix Antique Market is nationally known as a “*Buyers” market,* offering *wholesale and near wholesale pricing* to many shops and other markets in the western states from New Mexico to Oregon and find this Market to offer fabulous pricing for even antique shop owners, mall booth owners and serious collectors.

Exhibitors from throughout the region will be displaying and selling a wide variety of antiques including European, Victorian, Early American, furniture, pottery, ephemera, linens, estate jewelry, costume jewelry,  glassware, books, decorative arts, art glass, watches and clocks, Western, Native American artifacts, rugs, Kachinas, retro period collectibles and much more.

Featured out of state Exhibitors this special event is:
*Carol’s Antiques: specializing in Majolica, Victorian Fish Bowls, Black Forest, and unique Victorian.
*Ontario Antiques specializing: in LARGE oak furniture from European to Early American, Mission and more.
*Benjamin Mann Antiques: specializing in interior design.  Benjamin Mann has worked with prestigious design companies of California.
*De La Cour  Gallerie D'Art: specialist art dealer with their own Gallery.

We invite Interior Decorators from all over the state to our November show offering them a personal appearance with Benjamin Mann of California specializing in Professional Interior Decorating.  Benjamin will have his booth set up with fabulous ideas and merchandise to enhance their business.

Antiques make great gifts too! For those who are hard to buy for or those who like one of-a-kind, there's something for everyone.

Join Arizona Antique Shows for their annual show November 15 & 16, 2008.  Show hours Saturday, November 15 are 9 am to 5 pm and Sunday, November 16 are 10 am to 4 pm. *FREE admission to this event!* For more information call 602-717-7337 or visit www.azantiqueshow.com.
