There is a mystique and an excitement that surrounds re-living the days of the Old West.

 

Especially since The Old West featured all sorts of wily characters includin’ pioneers, scouts, lawmen, outlaws, gangs and gunfighters (gunslingers), as well as the American cowboy, Native Americans and legendary pioneering women on the frontier.

 

Walking down this sort of memory lane can make you almost jumpy wondering if there’s a gunfight about to break out! But the real joy is the delight you get in finding a piece of that history that tells you a story.

 

Those elusive pieces and learning about history through items that have survived, are just some the things that make collecting Old West antiques so much fun.
