THANK-YOU’ for supporting our shows. We are excited about promoting this 20th annual show. Our ad campaign remains heavy and using major newspaper ads, media agency and the Noon Lions Club, in addition to mountain and valley regions, including press releases nationally, post cars, fliers and a new banners across the highway two weeks prior to the show.
LODGING: I have secured incredible discount rates at two wonderful locations, please take advantage of these facilities’s generosity. Both are very clean and service has been reported as “great”. The deadlines are strict, so please make your RSVP soon.
Next Year Booth Rent:We do not use floaters. If you would like your space for 2011, you MUST RSVP with a deposit by Saturday 08/29 5:00 PM to keep your booth for 2011.
Hours: Set up for the ‘3’ day show: ** Thursday 4:30pm to 7:00pm, Friday 10am to 5pm**
Show Hours: Friday, 5 PM to 9 PM, Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM, Sunday, 11 AM to 4 PM.
Dealer Parking and RVs…
**Please make sure you are allowing the front and side parking for our customers. Please use distant parking for dealer vehicle and trailers.
Do not allow your pets leave their duties on the golf course and do not drain your tanks in the parking lot.
Load in/out…
We will have porters available for assistance. Tips are most graciously accepted.
Balance Dues – Credit Cards
Balance due for booth rent or equipment on your account, please settle up by close of business on Saturday. We will be accepting Visa/MC, Discover and Check Debit Customer purchases. (We no longer accept AMEX.) (Hopefully this will assist in sales volume for you.) Send your Customer with the receipt that has the name of your business and how you want your check to be made out. We will process the card and they will return to get their purchase from you with their copy. At the end of the show, you will receive a check for 94% of the total charge. We will retain 6% for the merchant/processing fee. Make sure you do not forget your check for merchant services, as I will NOT be mailing any out and you will be without funds until I return in September.
Tax info: The amount of tax to collect from your customer has increased to 7.825%.
PACKING: THIS IS A VERY STRICT POLICY AND SHOULD YOU START EARLY, YOU WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK!! WE ‘MUST’ INSIST THAT YOU DO ‘NOT’ START PACKING YOUR WARES OR TEAR DOWN YOUR BOOTHS PRIOR TO 5:00 PM ON SUNDAY.
This will be monitored closely and names taken!!
