First, we would like to 'THANK-YOU' for supporting our shows. We feel our shows are SUCCESSFUL and growing rapidly! The gate counts are healthy 'AND' growing at each show. I believe our dealers have prospered at our shows as we have continuous referrals at every show, which tells us our Dealer community is happy and content with our performance.

Set up for the '3' day show: Thursday Noon to 9 PM.
Show Hours: Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, Sunday, 10 AM to 4 PM.Dealer Parking and RVs
As in past years, there is 'NO' parking in the gravel parking area east of the Ramada. The Fairground Staff have told me, we are not aloud to do this. We don't have any issue with this ourselves, but there is a risk of being asked to move. Linda has told me if you have a RV and do not wish to stay in the campground next door, she will allow you to stay behind the Commercial Building with a fee of $10.00 per night, ($13 with electric). Please contact me in advance if this is something you are interested in.The Fort Tuthill Campground is right next door to the show. (Almost walking distance.) There are plenty of spaces available, however with the forest getting closed down due to fire hazards, it could fill quickly. (Telephone number for reservations is (928) 774-3464. Pets (YES), Electric (NO), Water (YES, not in site), Sewer hook ups (YES), Fee (13.00 per night) or (sites 'without' water nearby is 10.00 per night.)
Load in/out
As at all our shows, Brandon is available for assistance. I would like to repeat Tips are not required, but will be accepted with a gracious thank you and :Balance Dues - Credit Cards (LOWER fees) / Tax info:
If you have a balance due for booth rent or equipment on your account, please settle up by close of business on Saturday. We will be accepting Visa/MC, AMEX, Discover and Check Debit for Dealer contracts and Customer purchases. Hopefully this will assist in sales volume for you. Send your Customer with the receipt that has the name of your business and how you want your check to be made out. We will process the card and they will return to get their purchase from you with their copy. At the end of the show, you will receive a check for 95% of the total charge. We will retain 5% for the merchant/processing fee. Since the Fairgrounds are in the county and 'not' part of the city zoning, the amount of tax to collect from your customer is 6.525%.Packing
